The Power of Softness for 6 G
Most of these students are unmotivated whether from their parents or teachers. They are lack of self confidence and have no self efficacy. What have I done is I build up their emotional and spiritual intelligence. All the learning process have done in a relaxing way. I never push them to learn but I encourage them to take part in any activities in class. Games and quiz are technique that I use in the class. I encourage them to write down anything they want. Their feels, their interest, their family and etc. After that I asking them about what they have wrote. I never raise up my voice to them but I try to be a mother to them. When I find up someone seems have a problem I will sit down beside him/her. I try to console them. Eventually they show some interest in my class. If I not come to school I will get so many calls from them asking for my absent. I know they are lack of loves from their parents. That is why they not perform well in their learning process but must take note that they can perform well and they are not a problematic students.

I request to teach the same students which I taught in year 2010 and 2011 but rejected by administration. The reason in year 2012 these students will facing an important examination for primary school (UPSR). The administration did not trust my ability. What do you feel if you are in my shoes? I prepared my teaching report includes the achievement graph, the strategies and techniques I'm using but the administrator still under estimate me. They give me year 6 also but Gemilang class (last clss) instead of Bestari class ( 1st class ).
Most of this students cannot read and their achievement is very poor. How can I polish them within 9 months before UPSR examination.?????????????????????
